Richard Rahn – Owner

I have been involved in this industry since 1989.

As an owner I do it all, from service work to shop work.

It's my job to make sure it gets done and that our customers are happy.

Nicholas Rahn

Nicholas has just graduated from Lambrick Park this year.

Nicholas is our apprentice and has been working part time at the Lock Doctor for almost a year.

He has learned and is still learning the basics of locksmithing.

Gerald – Office Manager

Gerald is the person who sits at the helm.

He is our dispatcher, organizer and scheduler and is the man for sourcing hard to find parts.

Gerald has over 20 years of experience in this industry.

Gary – Service Tech

Gary brings over 20 years of experience in all aspects of locksmithing. Gary has many years of experience helping customers select the right hardware for their needs.

You can be assured Gary will advise you on your selection and professionally install all your lock hardware. From break and enter repairs to security upgrades, Gary can help you.
